Dust Mobile understands your need for online privacy and knows that privacy is also an important issue for you. That is why we do everything possible to respect your privacy when you use our website.

This Only Privacy Policy describes what data we gather from you as a visitor to our publicly-accessible website, dustmobile.com and other websites where this privacy policy is posted (hereafter the “Dust Mobile Site” or the “Site”), why we collect and how we use the data we collect on the Dust Mobile Site. Our practices regarding data that we collect when you sign up for a Dust Mobile account on our Self-Care portal or other available service portal and that we process when you use our services are available on the Self-Care portal or said service portal.

Before you submit any information on or through the Dust Mobile Site, please carefully review this policy. By using any part of the Dust Mobile Site, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and sharing of your information as further outlined below in this policy.

In this privacy policy, the words “our,” “us,” “we,” and “Dust Mobile” refer to Dust Mobile SA/NV (“Dust”), our affiliates (which includes any person or entity that controls us, is controlled by us, or is under common control with us, such as our subsidiary, parent company) or our employees. In this privacy policy, the words “your” and “you” refer to the individual visiting the Site in its own name or on behalf of the individual’s company he/she represents.

You can visit the Dust Mobile Site without having to provide any personal data. However, access to certain parts or functions of our Site may be limited to visitors with an account to access Self-Care and/or service provisioning and/or purchasing product / services from us, subject to the correct password and login being entered, account previously validated by Dust Mobile and account activation based on regulation, dust Mobile rules and ethics compliance.

Which data do we collect?

We register information about the connection you make to our Dust Mobile Site and the software and devices you use to accomplish this. This information includes your IP address, the time of your visit on the website, the type of browser and the type and brand of equipment you use and the pages you visit.

On some places on the Dust Mobile Site, you can fill in a web form to share your data with us directly. We collect the information you provide in response to those web forms. Occasionally, we may also offer opportunities for you to share your data with us such as through a survey, to sign up for a newsletter, or to register for or receive details about an event we are sponsoring. If you participate in those surveys, sign up for a newsletter, or register for an event, we will collect the information you provide to us in doing so.

How do we use the data we collect?

Connection data are used to create statistics and improve the quality of our Site and service through analyses of your surfing behavior on our Site. This information may also be used to tailor our offer or the information on the Site to any needs you may have.

Such data enable us to track down where there may be errors in our websites and to determine how we can improve your user experience on our Site.

We use data you provide us directly to formulate a response to your inquiry and know how to get back to you with our response. Similarly, if you provide us information directly in response to a survey or when signing up for an event, we will use the data you provide for the reason that you provided it to us and for other purposes that we tell you about at the time when you provided that data

Dust Mobile may send you e-mails in order to keep you informed about its existing and new products and services, unless you have exercised your right to object. Dust Mobile uses tools to measure and follow up the impact of these e-mails: has the e-mail been opened or not, has the hyperlink been clicked on or not, etc. These tools are used to increase the efficiency of Dust Mobile’ e-mail campaigns and to better adapt Dust Mobile’ offer to your personal needs.

The personal data that we collect via our Site is stored in files held by Dust Mobile SA/NV under Belgian Law and hosted in the EU.

Hyperlinks

Our Site may contain hyperlinks to websites that are not managed by Dust Mobile. Such hyperlinks are provided purely for information purposes. When consulting such websites, we recommend that you carefully read their privacy policy.

Protection of Personal Data

We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect the databases in which your data is kept against unauthorized access, unauthorized use, theft or loss. Our security measures are regularly evaluated and adapted so that we can continue to provide a high level of protection. Please note, though, that no website or internet transmission is completely secure, so while we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or a data breach will never occur.

We don’t share data we collect from you through the Site with third parties, except as described below:

You can read below how you can inform Dust Mobile of your preferences with regard to your privacy. We do our best to update our systems and databases to the extent technically feasible and as quickly as possible but bear in mind that it nevertheless takes some time to implement your choice in practice.

If you are not a customer of DUST MOBILE, use the “create ticket” option on dustmobile.com home page.

If you have a Dust Mobile account, use the My Account or Self-Care tab in the customer portal to reach to our customer care department or set your Privacy preferences or review the data we gather from you.

Your right of inspection and correction

You have the right to inspect and, if necessary, correct your personal data. You have also the right to review the data we collect from you, to cancel your agreement with our policy and to erase your account with us. To do so, send a request (dated and signed) to the Dust Mobile Data Protection Officer (Avenue Louise 523 Louizalaan, 1050 Brussels, Belgium or through MyAccount Self-Care if you have an account with us).

Changes to our Online Privacy Policy

We may change our Online Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy, and we may provide additional notice such as on the Dust Mobile Site homepage. If we make any material changes to this notice, Dust Mobile will notify you of those changes through a notice on the Dust Mobile Site or through other reasonable means of communication, such as email. We will comply with applicable law with respect to any changes we make to this notice.
